1. The service and eligibility

SANA helps merchants record inventory, sales, invoices, and customer balances and use speech and text tools to prepare inventory actions. You must be at least 18 and able to accept these Terms for yourself or the business you represent. If you act for a business, you confirm you have authority to bind it. SANA is a record-keeping tool; it does not lend money, collect debts, verify a customer's ability to pay, or make credit decisions for you.

2. Your account

Provide accurate registration information and protect your password and session access. You are responsible for activity through your account, except where caused by our breach of these Terms or applicable law. Tell us promptly at [SUPPORT EMAIL] if you suspect unauthorized use. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, other users, or comply with law, and will provide notice where practicable.

3. Your records and customers

You decide what business information to enter. You remain responsible for the accuracy of product prices, quantities, invoices, customer balances, and payment records, and for correcting mistakes. Before entering a customer's name, phone number, or other personal information, make sure you have a lawful basis to do so and give any notice required by law. Do not enter information you have no right to use or unnecessary sensitive details in notes or voice commands.

You retain your rights in the records you provide. You allow us and the service providers described in our Privacy Policy to process those records only as needed to provide, secure, and support SANA and meet legal obligations. SANA's customer records are associated with the merchant account that entered them; these Terms do not authorize sharing customer balances or payment history with other merchants.

4. AI and voice features

SANA may use external AI and speech providers to transcribe audio, propose commands, edit pending cards, and summarize inventory results. Their outputs can be wrong or incomplete. Review product, quantity, price, customer, and payment details before submitting any action or relying on an answer. You are responsible for the business decisions you make using SANA. Do not use AI output as the sole basis for a consequential decision about a person.

5. Changes, deletion, and records

Product deletion currently hides the product from active inventory and preserves historical records. Invoice voids and payment reversals preserve a record of the original transaction. Logging out ends the current session but does not delete account or business records.

The in-app Delete Account control does not yet complete account deletion. Until self-service deletion is available, contact [SUPPORT EMAIL] about closing your account or requesting deletion of personal information. We will verify and handle requests under applicable law. We will update these Terms and the Privacy Policy when self-service deletion launches. Please keep any records you need outside SANA before requesting account closure.

6. Subscriptions, if offered

This section applies only if SANA later offers paid subscriptions through Apple's App Store. SANA does not currently offer paid Apple subscriptions. The purchase screen will show the plan, billing period, price, and any offer terms before you buy. An auto-renewable subscription renews until you cancel it through your Apple account. Apple handles payment, cancellation, and available refund processes under its terms. Ending or deleting your SANA account will not itself cancel a subscription billed by Apple; cancel it in your Apple subscription settings. 7. Acceptable use and availability

Do not misuse the service, bypass access limits, access another merchant's records without authority, submit unlawful content, or use SANA to harass, deceive, or unlawfully profile customers. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, subject to applicable law and any paid-service commitments. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or error-free AI results.

8. Responsibility and law

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate information you enter or business decisions made from unverified AI output. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. The laws of the Kyrgyz Republic govern these Terms, subject to mandatory protections that apply where you live. Disputes should first be raised with us at [SUPPORT EMAIL]; if unresolved, they may be brought before a court with lawful jurisdiction.

We may revise these Terms as SANA changes. We will post the new version with an effective date and provide additional notice where required by law. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms where the law permits that method of acceptance.
